Guess what, loans don’t have to be as complicated

as most lenders or loan officers make them out to be. My style

is to listen to you and ask you some questions. Your feedback

provides me the information to locate the right loan programs

to share with you that will best fit your goals. Your goals, not mine. 

So I don’t lay on the “Mortgage talk” to you. I explain things in clear, everyday language

and provide you with loan choices, so that it makes sense to you. Because being confused,

is very frustrating for anyone.

 

My loan processor is a former Senior Underwriter. An underwriter is the person responsible for approving the loan application. She used to hire train and manage the entire underwriting staff for a large company. So you don't have rookies trying to help you fund your loan.

 

If you want some help with a purchase loan I’m a licensed Realtor and had plenty of experience. However in the last 16 years I only focus on the mortgage loans. If you have a real estate agent or Realtor your working with, that’s great. If you'd like a suggestion of a good Realtor in your area, we can provide that information for you.

 

There’s different loan programs out there and there are a lot of inexperienced loan officers who probably have good intentions, but they don’t know - that they don’t know. Unfortunately their ignorance and lack of guidance does you no good and can cost you valuable time and money. Then there’s the loan officers who don’t take the time to explain all the loan details.

 

So what you’ll get from me is someone who slows down to talk with you not at you and really shops around for your best loan choice(s). That's a promise I make to every one of my clients. Which is why I have so many clients come back to me and introduce their family and friends. Some adults forgot the importance of the "Golden Rule" we all learned in kindergarten,  how dumb is that?
